RORATE CAELI: FSSP to staff New Hampshire parish

New England has it's first FSSP apostolate approved by the Bishop of Manchester, New Hampshire, according to Rorate Caeli

St. Stanislaus Parish in Nashua has been entrusted to the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter and will be reconciled before it reopens. It originally opened in 1908 as a Polish church.

It is located at 5 Green Street (at the corner of Franklin) across from a factory building, near Main Street and the Nashua River. It is most accessible from U.S. HWY 3 at Exit 6. Those who live in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts will benefit from this location.

This is the first time an "approved" traditionalist order of priests has been allowed to minister with permission of a New England bishop.

UPDATE August 6, 2016:

The church will be reconciled on Sunday, August 7th, the 12th Sunday after Pentecost. Fr. John Brancich, FSSP, is the pastor. (See Boston.com article)
