Down here in New England, the youth and young adult Catholics are being improperly served and taught the Faith. There are too many examples to name, but when our youth are being encouraged to attend conferences approved by the bishops that are anything put Catholic in character, then we all are in trouble.
One USCCB survey of seminarians and younger priests clearly states that contemporary worship music influenced their priestly vocations. This is tragic. The thing passes on with events like the ones put on by Lifeteen and the Franciscan University of Steubenville. This following video features Dominican nuns dancing to a Taylor Swift song:

Events like these plus the Novus Ordo liturgies that most of these kids attend in their parishes are part of the crises in the Church today. They are the reasons why I am have trouble finding a Catholic companion.
