Planned Parenthood collecting signatures

On Wednesday I was in Boston for an architecture meeting. Walking along the world-famous Newbury Street (the street in the Back Bay with high-end retail shops) near the Mass. Ave. side, I walked by a store called Condom World, which was located in the basement of one of the buildings. It appears from the window display that the store sells condoms with various designs on them. 50 feet up the street, there was a guy and a girl (who appear to be college-aged) collecting signatures for a candidate or ballot question in pink Planned Parenthood t-shirts. The guy even asked me if I wanted to sign the papers, and I angrily walked right past him not saying a word.

Now for those who don't know, Planned Parenthood is the world's largest abortion and contraceptive provider. They receive Federal money, OUR TAX DOLLARS, to kill 4,000 unborn babies in the USA everyday alone. They target poor people, widows, and pregnant rape victims by killing our future tax paying citizens.

Because those kids wore PP t-shirts, I know better not to talk to anyone involved with PP. If they didn't and just asked me to sign the nomination papers without telling me whom or what they are for, I would ask them. If they responded something like "a ballot question to pass out free condoms to high school and college students" or another pro-death item, and I responded "No thanks, [I am pro-life]," I would probably get punched in the face.

These kids are an example of the brainwashing liberals have force-fed in classrooms about sexual ethics and morality. People simply don't understand that only married couples have the right to sexual intercourse, and the primary purpose is for the procreation of children. What the Church means by sexual intercourse is "unprotected" sex, which means no use of a condom, pill, or unnecessary surgical procedure to prevent pregnancy. Even NFP counts as birth control!

Most women don't even understand that getting an abortion or taking birth control pills actually are a leading cause of breast cancer in the later years! And what really strikes them as that the use of a condom actually ruins a woman's reproductive system! Why do you think many women get "bitchy" by the time they are 50?

To make matters worse, most Catholic bishops and priests have not preached on sexual morality for 45 years, and those same priests continue to ignore this very important topic. The only ones who preach on the topic are the ones who say the Traditional Latin Mass. Otherwise, you know the reason why most Catholic high schools and colleges are not worth the money paid in tuition.

If you wish to date me, you'll have to pay a visit to the confessional if you committed such sins. Please click the side link to email me, even if you are in a state of grace.

New Boston priests are over the hill

Today I begin with two quotes from William Cardinal O'Connell, Archbishop of Boston from 1907-1944:

"...we have no room for you; you'll not be ordained for Boston."
-To seminary applicants circa late 1930's

"I only need have of them. I have no place to put the others!"
-To the rector of Saint John's Seminary, who later went by alphabetical order to select priests to be ordained for Boston.

These quotes are disturbing to this day for me, since they were quoted in the commemorative section in last Friday's Boston Pilot about the newly-ordained priests for the Archdiocese of Boston. I could not believe that seminarians were treated like numbers and not as men. Could this be why heresy and dissent spread locally by the time Vatican II rolled around?

Fast forward to 2014, where eight new priests for Boston and one for the Neocatechumenical Way were ordained at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross on May 24th. The Neocat was the only young vocation at age 26. But the Boston ordinands were all over the hill. Here they are:
  • a 63 year old former finance manager
  • a 61 year old chemical engineer
  • a 51 year old former financial planner
  • a 49 year old former labor official
  • a 44 year old playwright
  • a 43 year old former district attorney
  • a 40 year old software engineer
  • a 39 year old artist
So you can tell from the list that nobody young was ordained. While these new priests once held real world jobs, they have a duty to combat the secular world. It is unfortunate that these new priests were most likely not trained in the best seminaries for orthodoxy, and there might not be any Latin Masses from these old-new priests. It might be different in more traditional dioceses, but not in Boston unless changes are made.

Then at the back of the section lists the names of 62 seminarians who are supposedly candidates for Boston and the projected years of ordination. This is false, the 22 Neocats listed will not be incardinated into the Archdiocese. So there are 40 seminarians for Boston to date, 5 from parishes that offer the TLM. If all complete their studies, there will be 4 ordained in 2015, 9 in 2016, 9 in 2017, 5 in 2018, 8 in 2019, none in 2020, 3 in 2021, 1 in 2022, and none in 2023.

Now, the Neocats. They are destroying many parishes in Boston. They are the ones who have taken over Saint Lawrence Church in Brookline as Redemptoris Mater Seminary. But a Latin name doesn't mean anything traditional. They are the ones who sit on the floor and play guitars while saying "Mass" with cookies and juice. They are not Catholic in any true sense of the word. They are hosting a "gala"? Give me a break! Nobody is going to donate to this cause.

Please pray for a new archbishop and for vocations.

Why such bad weather?

April and May are known as tornado months. June through November is hurricane season. California is subject to earthquakes. The Midwest gets tornados all the time. Florida is susceptible to hurricanes. And New England is subject to cold and snowy winters and hot and humid summers. But do you know why there has been more extreme weather the past few years than ever? I'll give you a hint: it's not global warming.

Every year on or around April 25th on Saint Mark's Day, the Greater Litanies are to be held as part of the liturgy. A Rogation procession is to be held on the church property. This started in Rome and Venice (patron is St. Mark) in the early Church after the catacombs. (My parish has one every year.)

During the 400's, several inclement acts of nature took place in Vienne, Gaul (present-day France). In result, Saint Mamertus, the bishop of the diocese at the time, ordered that Rogation processions take place on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before Ascension Thursday. These are known as the Lesser Litanies.

Eventually, all four litanies became part of the liturgy of the universal Church. The purpose of them is to ask God for good weather and crops for harvest. Plain and simple. The ignorance of the Novus Ordo Church on avoiding these penitential acts (because purple vestments are to be worn) clearly is a contributing factor of bad weather.

A warning for future priestly vocations

Watch the following Vortex below and I will respond with my comments thereafter:

Michael Voris is totally correct on this subject: seminarians who are orthodox are in trouble in mostly diocesan seminaries. When a young man discerning a priestly vocation applies to become a diocesan priest, the Bishop will decide where the young man studies. He applicant has no say in where he goes to seminary. It's just like the military, you go where they send you.

Mr. Voris is also correct that orthodoxy was not allowed in the 1960's through the 1990's. This explains why most of the priests today are in some way, shape, or form going against the Faith. This explains why the "Church of Nice" doesn't care about Catholic Tradition and moral values.

Now, fast forward today, where I happen to go to a parish with four seminarians currently in studies, which is the highest I have ever lived to see from one single parish to date. They are all studying to become priests for the Archdiocese of Boston. This is great, and I believe that they will be saying the Traditional Latin Mass once ordained, which is a red flag to diocesan officials.

Unfortunately, these seminarians are in houses of formation which are Novus Ordo. It is very unlikely that under the current state of affairs that these holy men, influenced by the holiest priest in the Archdiocese, will not be ordained according to the ancient rites of the Church. Sad.

Seminaries exist at the pleasure of the bishops. If they are bona fide Novus Ordo bishops who were ordained to the priesthood in the 1960's and '70's, they most likely worship Vatican II as the best thing since the invention of the wheel. So a young man who wishes to serve his diocese as a priest who comes from a traditional Catholic family cannot apply as a seminarian for a Novus Ordo diocese. It is also unlikely that a Novus Ordo bishop will send a candidate to a traditionalist seminary.

This is why I highly recommend, that if you are a young man discerning a priestly vocation, to follow these rules when it comes to becoming a seminarian:

  1. Apply to study for the priesthood for traditionalist orders such as the SSPX, FSSP, ICRSP, etc. A traditionalist order is one which it's members are only allowed to say the Tridentine Mass under the penalty of expulsion. Their seminaries also follow the Traditional Roman Liturgy throughout and ordain to the minor orders. These orders are growing rapidly.
  2. Only apply to a dioceses where the bishops regularly celebrate the TLM. If they don't, don't bother applying; you will most likely be rejected elsewhere.
  3. If you are kicked out of a Novus Ordo seminary for speaking the truth (either in academic papers or elsewhere), try to apply for transfer credits in rule 1.
  4. If you are in rule 2, ask politely your bishop for ordination according to the 1962 Pontificale Romanum. If you are denied that request, ask another bishop for the same.

Paul Melanson of LaSalette Journey and myself are the only ones in Central Massachusetts who have blogs that are speaking the Catholic Truths. Paul has blogged several times about being kicked out of the LaSalette Missionaries' seminary for his orthodoxy. He wasn't even allowed to apply to continue his studies as a diocesan candidate for Worcester, because Bishop McManus thought harshly about his orthodoxy. He is a prime example of a legitimate priestly vocation ruined.

O Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of the Clergy, obtain for us numerous holy priests.

REPARATION: Ten years of gay marriage in Massachusetts

Ten years ago today, Gov. Mitt Romney issued a new marriage license for Massachusetts residents wanting to tie the knot in the Bay State. This new document primarily accommodates same-sex marriage, as the word "Father" is substituted by "Party A" and the word "Mother" by "Party B". The first gay marriages in America were performed.

Ten years later, Massachusetts has taken a moral nose dive. The once-Catholic-majority state has lost God ever since. Out of the approximate total 46,900 wedding ceremonies performed here since 2004, 45% of them were gay.

Who is really at fault for not defending traditional marriage in the Commonwealth? It's not me, you, teachers, parents, scout leaders, coaches, doctors, politicians, or judges. It is the fault of the four Catholic bishops in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; the exact same ones who were there ten years ago are still there today.

The bishops and their more immediate predecessors did ABSOULUTELY NOTHING to defend sacramental marriage as defined by the Council of Trent. When Gov. Romney issued the new licenses, the bishops sat back for a massage. Instead of saying the Tridentine Mass and whacking these whackos with their croziers, the bishops did nothing. Instead of preaching against divorce, birth control, and cohabitation, they ordained known (to them) homosexuals who would abuse children and the liturgy.

Since the bishops have been giving Communion to gay and abortion supporters, they have sold the Faith out to the highest bidder. They continue to allow this to happen by doing nothing. They have allowed the State to interfere with a Catholic's right to practice the faith with orthodoxy by allowing the most abortion supporting, most gay supporting, and most pagan politicians to take a pulpit and speak from them.

Cardinal O'Malley will have anyone arrested for protesting in front of the Cathedral asking for orthodoxy. (Just ask the sex abuse victims.) I bet you money he would also support the rental of a parish for a gay marriage. Or to make matters worse, would support the State Police for arresting someone for praying the Rosary near a Planned Parenthood clinic.

Unless there is Divine Intervention, don't expect our next governor to restore Christendom in Massachusetts. Don't expect our incumbent bishops to do so either.

Groups like Mass Resistance exist because they know we are in dark times. The burden is on people like me who have a duty to speak out, even if it will cost us our heads.

Ten years of Bishop McManus in Worcester

Ten years ago today, The Most Reverend Robert J. McManus became the fifth Bishop of Worcester, Massachusetts.

The Diocese has been shrinking in the amount of parishes and nominal Catholics since then, and I am embedding some videos below to show how pathetic Catholic life in Worcester is. Some of them date before Bishop McManus, but most are from 2004 to present. (The problems with the Diocese pre-date his arrival.)

"Black Mass" condemed by Archdiocese

On Monday, May 12th, Harvard University is hosting a Satanic "Black Mass" on campus. Naturally the Archdiocese of Boston would condemn such an act and have Eucharistic reparation at St. Paul's Church in it's place. But would they condemn a True Catholic Mass, the one canonized by the Council of Trent? Sadly, the answer is yes.

Unless you have been living under a rock, the Archdiocese of Boston is the most poorly-run Catholic diocese in the United States. Canon Law is ignored, financial abuses, homosexual abusive clergy, liturgical abuses in all parishes except for a handful, weak episcopal leadership, and so forth. The list goes on and on.

I hate to say it, but there is a Church of Satan, and there have been organized "Black Masses" all over the world, and sometimes in Catholic parishes. But the Novus Ordo Missae was written by an alleged Freemason, an adherent of the "not-so-secret" satanic cult. Many bishops and cardinals have been known to be Freemasons, and are allowed to pollute the liturgy and religious education at all levels.

This post can be used as a pitch not to attend the New Mass and ONLY attend the Traditional Latin Mass or an Eastern Rite Mass.

In terms of the weak episcopal leadership in Boston, my stance has not changed for the past few years: Cardinal O'Malley needs to go. I have written to two popes about this in the best interest of the diocesan and universal Church. Why Cardinal O'Malley has done a good job handling the cases of sexual abuse by priests (which earned him a seat on the Vatican committee for such), he has done nothing else in the governance of the Archdiocese except overpaying laypeople to destroy it!

This recent incident is another prime example of a bishop not doing his sanctification duties towards his diocese. When Illinois legalized same-sex marriage last year, Bishop Thomas Paprocki of Springfield, Illinois (the state capital) performed an exorcism. As Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal O'Malley is the only person who can authorize an exorcism in the Archdiocese of Boston. He should in this case, because this event is directly related to the Devil.

Eucharistic reparation is okay, but an exorcism should be authorized here. A full Solemn Exorcism, with purple vestments and all.

Boston needs a Marcel Lefebvre-type archbishop to solve all the problems of the local church. Please pray and keep writing to the Holy See about the ongoing scandals.

A simple message for His Eminence: DO YOUR JOB AS GOD DESCRIBES, OR RESIGN! And take your cronies with you!

BREAKING NEWS: Pledge of Allegiance is constitutional in Bay State!

Last September, I posted an entry about the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) hearing oral arguments in a lawsuit from an anonymous atheist family challenging the mandatory recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance in school. Today, I am happy to report that our prayers have been answered: The SJC ruled that the Pledge is constitutional.

The Court opinion states that "Although the words 'under God' undeniably have a religious tinge...The pledge, notwithstanding its reference to God, is a fundamentally patriotic exercise, not a religious one."

Please note that Court opinion also states that the Pledge is voluntary for students, this is a matter of the Court's opinion, and therefore does not directly strike down the state law requiring all students and school employees to recite the Pledge. According to the Massachusetts Constitution, only the Legislature can change a law for the whole state(e.g. The Goodrich Case that said that same-sex couples could marry).

While this is a victory in sorts, there is still a long way to go in restoring patriotism. There is a possibility of an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This can be used as an example of wasting the taxpayers' money on cases that are not a priority for the court system.

This Marian month has got to be the Month

Today is the Feast Day of Saint Pius V, the Pope who canonized the Traditional Latin Mass and decreed for its perpetual usage. Every priest should say a prayer of thanksgiving to this saint for their ability to say the Mass of All Ages.

The Month of May is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Many parishes will have First Holy Communion Masses and Marian Processions sometime this month. It is also a popular month to get married.

In my personal case, I believe May 2014, with 26 days remaining, will be a make or break month. I believe that my Catholic sweetheart might come to me this time around. While nothing is for sure, please pray to the Holy Family for me. Also consider a Dominican Rosary tonight, since St. Pius V was a Dominican Friar.

God Bless all who have prayed for me and all my worldwide readers of this blog for the past four years!

Public schooling in America has failed us

The Story of Liberty is an Evangelical Christian internet program that deals with America being founded as a Judeo-Christian nation. Last month, I posted one of their videos regarding the timing of the removal of prayer from the public schools and the removal of the Tridentine Mass in Catholic parishes throughout the world.

Today, on the National Day of Prayer, I post this episode on how secularism has plagued our education system at all levels. It is noteworthy that most of the information presented applies to the state of Catholic education in the Novus Ordo Church, and how our bishops have refused to preach the Gospel
