Pontifical Vesting Prayers

The New Liturgical Movement has posted the Pontifical vesting prayers on their site today. They may be accessed here.

Please note that Pontifical vesting in the Extraordinary Form does not always take place in the sacristy. Many times in parish churches, the bishop will enter the church, accompanied by the diocesan master of ceremonies, vested in cassock, surplice, cappa, and if the ordinary, metropolitan, or a cardinal, the rochetta (I hope I got it right!). The bishop will then vest at the throne if he is the ordinary, metropolitan, or a cardinal, or at the faldstool if an auxiliary or visting bishop.

The link above pertains to the prayers recited when the bishop says a Pontifical High Mass. For vesting for the celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation, please watch the tutorial video by the Canons of St. John Cantius here.
