Our Lady of America

Our Lady of America is a devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary at her apparation at Fostoria, Ohio by Sister Mildred Mary Ephrem Neuzil of the Contemplative Sisters of the Indwelling Trinity. It is really in dire need this moment, since America needs to consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Her Immaculate Conception is the patroness of the United States of America.

If we are "one nation under GOD" as the Pledge states, then we must consecrate America to the Sacred Heart of His Son, and the Immaculate Heart of His Mother.

Raymond Cardinal Burke, while archbishop of St. Louis, approved of this devotion locally. Currently, the Vatican is investigating whether this should be a devotion for the Universal Church, such as those of Fatima, Lourdes, Knock, Walsingham, Guadalupe, Mt. Carmel, etc.

Below are links to prayers associated with this devotion:

REMINDER: This Monday, August 15th, the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is a Holy Day of Obligation. While some Novus Ordo parishes may say "don't come" because it falls on a Saturday or Monday, they're wrong! This is a Holy Day of Obligation according to the Traditional Code of Rubrics, and in formerly Catholic countries a national holiday. Drive safely!
