St. Joseph's Cathedral Sioux Falls reopened

St. Joseph's Cathedral in Sioux Falls, ND reopened recently. The restoration was led by Duncan Stroik, AIA, a leading Catholic architect. He has photographs on his website which can be accessed here. Clearly, he did an excellent job for allowing for two high altars, one freestanding under a baldacchino and the other original high altar. Both have the ceremonial three steps, and the Latin Mass can be said on both altars. Professor Stroik is the only orthodox faculty member at Notre Dame today, and go figure he's in the Architecture Dept.

The ones in the Theology Dept, forget it!

St. Thomas the Apostle, ora pro nobis!
St. Barbara, ora pro nobis!
